What Personal Data do We collect when You use OpenTouch Conference?

To run OpenTouch Conference for You, We collect data about You and Your usage of OpenTouch Conference, including about participants to conference calls You or Your delegate may organize.

We collect Account Personal Data To run OpenTouch Conference for You, We collect data about You and Your usage of OpenTouch Conference, including about participants to conference calls You or Your delegate may organize.

We collect Service Personal Data which consists of the details of usage such as the time of Your conference, Your phone number and that of participants on the call, which DIN (Dial-in number) they used to join if they dialed-in, the country of origin of the call, the type of devices used, the duration of each leg, duration of the recording and of the screen sharing session.

During the conference call, Personal Data such as name and phone number of participants are displayed. You will have to inform them prior to the call.

Where and by whom is Your Personal Data processed?

Your Personal Data is processed both by PCS, and by Ring2 Communications Limited (LoopUP - First Floor, 78 Kingsland Road, London E2 8DP, UK, incorporated in England), in the EEA (European Economic Area) for EEA’s companies, and in the US for all other companies.

What is Content and who can access it?

Content consists of the recording of the conference call. If You, as the leader of the conference call, decide to record the call, You acknowledge that You have the consent of all participants on that conference call to do so. This Content is accessed by You, as the conference leader, and not by Your participants, nor by Your delegates. It is accessible for 60 days after the conference ends and is deleted from our system after 90 days. You commit to use such Content in accordance with all applicable laws, including data protection laws.

Screen sharing sessions in particular are not Content as they are just displayed to the participants and are never recorded. Neither We nor our service providers access the content of the screen sharing session, although we do have data on which participants benefited from the session and for how long.

What specific additional cookies do we use in OpenTouch Conference?

When You connect to a conference call You or Your delegate organized, we use the following cookies on Your device

• Your recently dialed phone numbers so that You can select them in the future without having to retype them
• whether or not You have previously joined Your conference call by clicking the link in the invite, in order to display Your past preferences for this conference call (dial-back number, LinkedIn profile)
• if You choose to use the OpenTouch Conference browser button: Your choice and Your default conference call so that the browser button can display the relevant conference call details

When You connect to a conference call someone else organized, we use the following cookies on Your device

• Your recently dialed phone numbers so that You can select them in the future without having to retype them
