Who has access to PCS and why?

Several individuals access PCS, for various purposes and with various rights/restrictions, as follows:

You, as a user of an OTPC Service

As soon as you are granted a user account to an OTPC Service, you have an access right to PCS, in order to view and modify including your Account Personal Data and the OTPC Service.

Your company’s administrator

Your company’s administrator is granted an access to PCS, in order to, including add or delete user accounts to OTPC Services to which your company has subscribed, and view usage of such OTPC Services.

Your company’s Business Partner

Your company’s Business Partner is granted administrator rights to, including place an order with ALE for an OTPC Service Subscription for your company, view and retrieve usage of the OTPC Service by your company for the purpose of invoicing it, and register new user accounts or delete user accounts with OTPC Services on behalf of your company’s administrator.

We also use PCS to, including grant access rights to your company’s Business Partner administrator.

What Personal Data do We collect ?

About You

The Personal Data we have collected at the time of your registration to the OTPC Service are described in the corresponding Data Privacy Notice for the OTPC Service.

About Your company’s administrator

We collect the company’s administrator’s name, email address, language, and any additional Personal Data it chooses to enter to enhance its experience with PCS.

About Your company’s Business Partner

We collect each Business Partner’s administrator’s name, email address, language and any additional Personal Data it chooses to enter to enhance its experience with PCS.

Where and by whom is Personal Data processed?

Personal Data is processed in the EEA (European Economic Area) by ALE International.

The information submitted must be complete, relevant and up to date. At anytime You may have access to your information to update it or delete it if necessary.

What Personal Data may be viewed by those who access PCS?

You

You may view your own Account Personal Data, which you can modify.

Your company’s administrator

Your company’s administrator may view Your Account Personal Data (which it can modify), as well as Your Service Personal Data collected when You use the OTPC Services. It may also view the Account Personal Data of other administrators in Your company.

Your company’s Business Partner administrator

Your company’s Business Partner administrator may view the same Personal Data as your company’s administrator. In addition, it may view the Account Personal Data of other administrators of the Business Partner.

ALE

ALE may view all Your Personal Data, with the restrictions mentioned in the Personal Data and Content Policy.
