Data Privacy Notice - OpenTouch TeamShare (“OTTS”)

What Personal Data do We collect when You and Your Participants use OTTS?

We collect Account Personal Data which includes:

• Your name, email address, country, language, a business phone number, and any additional Personal Data that You may choose to enter to enhance Your experience with OTTS; and
• Your Participants’ name, email address and any additional Personal Data that You may choose to enter to enhance their experience with OTTS.

We collect Service Personal Data provided by You or by Your Participants, or automatically collected during usage of OTTS, related to teamwork functionalities: presence, content modifications (creation, upload, edition, deletion), task or calendar modifications and chats activities. OTTS allows You to have control over how Service Personal Data are collected or used. For instance, the wall functionality of OTTS gives You access rights to control Your activity logs (disable, delete…).

Where and by whom is Your Personal Data processed?

The Personal Data is processed in France by ALE International.

What is Content and who can access it?

Content consists of any data and other documents You or Your Participants decide to store using OTTS. By using the collaborative functionalities of OTTS, you enable the sharing of Content with people you want to collaborate with (ex: Your Participants), according to the access rights set in each workspace, either by You or any administrator of OTTS. You may also share Content with the public by the use of public links to Content. You master all access rights to Content, and the storing and sharing is under your sole control and responsibility.
