Only pay for what you use

  • Fees: We charge audio calls, screen sharing and recording in a price / minute only when you use it (Calls are billed for the first 30 seconds, and then for 6-second increments).
  • Minimum usage: There’s no minimum usage. You don’t use, we don’t charge.
  • Engagement: There’s no engagement. You’re free to stop using OpenTouch® Conference when you wish.

OpenTouch® Conference Apps
They’re free !

  • Web app: you get it by default with OpenTouch® Conference. It allows you to monitor your account, and to control your conference
  • Mobile app: it’s free! It brings OpenTouch® Conference on your mobile device and allows you to invite, join, control your conference when you’re not at your desk. Once you’ve subscribed, you can get it here.
  • Outlook plug-in: it’s free! It allows you to invite, join your conference and access your account directly from Outlook. Once it’s installed, you can forget login details and passwords, you have a direct access to your account from your Outlook. Once you’ve subscribed, get the Outlook plug-in here.

Management tool

  • For the user: Your OpenTouch® Conference web interface allows you to fully manage your conferences and your personal settings, and gives you access to your call history and your recordings.
  • For the admin: Personal Cloud Space allows you to administer your teams (create & manage user accounts, monitor usage, manage your subscription, access FAQs and troubleshooting guides).
